Starting at 7am, all overnight guests are let out to do their business in the privacy of their outdoor patio. All dogs are let out about every 3 hours throughout the day until the final let out at bedtime. Because our guests health and happiness are important to us, we will monitor everything they do. If we find they aren't doing their business in the outdoor area, we gladly walk them in the grass. Spring and Summer times are the best! Your dog's accommodations have a special door, which will remain open for the day, and your dog can go in and out as they please.

The standard feeding schedule for our guests is 7:30am, 12 noon, and 5pm. We understand some of our guests may have special schedules requiring other times of the day, and we will be happy to accommodate. To avoid dietary upset we ask that you bring your pet's regular diet. Bring along everything your pet is accustomed to having at home. If they receive vitamins, canned food, table food, please bring these items for your pet. 

When we are finished cleaning our guests accommodations, the fun begins!! Typically activities  happen sometime around 8-9am. We continue with play times all day until dinner time. Depending on your pet's personality, age, and play style, will determine what activity is right for your pet. These activities include a country walk, group play, snuggling, and one on one time with staff. 

Here at Country Comfort Inn we like to take advantage of the country atmosphere, and we want your pet to enjoy as much outdoor time and fresh country air as possible! Weather permitted, we will give your dog the best country experience that they will be begging you for a return visit!! We are the ONLY facility in WNY that offers outdoor adventures or country walks! 

At the end of a day packed full of activities, your pet will be tuckered out and ready for a restful sleep. For your dog's comfort, we offer raised beds and thick blankets. If your dog can be unattended with a hard bone,nylabone, or chew toy, we will leave these items with your dog for the night. We have an evening lights out ritual where all guests enjoy a goodnight hug and a bedtime treat. There is a residence attached to the facility, and anyone requiring monitoring in the middle of the night can be checked on, otherwise we do not disturb any of our guests from their slumber until 7am when we start our day all over again!  

It is best to have your pet on a regular schedule of vaccinations by the guidance of your veterinarian. If your pet is coming due for vaccinations before their visit with us, please allow a good 2 weeks for vaccinations to work through your pet's system before coming for a visit. 

Some vaccinations are not routinely given, so please double check with your veterinarian to be sure your pet is fully protected before their boarding stay.
